What is The Emotional Needs framework?

Source: Human Givens Emotional Needs Framework

Oasis Therapy provides support and training to organisations to consciously consider a work environment that promotes and supports mental health and wellbeing.

Good mental health and wellbeing is a collective responsibility. It should be aimed at both an individual level and throughout the culture of the company.

Oasis Therapy maps out a user-friendly framework to view wellbeing on both an emotional needs level and across key wellbeing drivers as supported by the World Wellbeing Movement.

When these drivers are met in balance, wellbeing and mental health is deemed healthy and productivity rises, absenteeism reduces and the workforce begins to thrive.

All Registered Members of the Human Givens Institute have successfully passed the Human Givens Diploma at Practitioner level (HG.Dip.P.)

Psychotherapists who trained with the HGI have to be listed on a professional register which has been accredited in the UK by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care (PSA).

This mark of quality assures the general public, service commissioners and employers that Human Givens practitioners belong to a register vetted and approved by an independent statutory body.

Michelle Buckles is an accredited Psychotherapist and appears on two professional registers:

The HGI register (PSA) UK – 187431

Jersey Health & Social Care register (JCC ) Jersey – 6986
